We offer FREE Shipping & Handling on all orders shipped via Canada Post for your convenience. Due to rising fuel prices, a fuel surcharge will be applied to personal deliveries and varies depending on your area. 10. What types of payment do you accept?

Johnny's Coupons accepts cash, cheques, money orders, Visa and Mastercard for online orders. We also accept Debit at the Door for C.O.D. orders. Cheques and money orders are payable to "Johnny's Coupons". Regretably, post-dated cheques are not accepted and your order will not ship until your cheque has been cashed.

11. When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged just prior to your book(s) being shipped. Typically this is the following business day after your order is received. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, which will also confirm the amount your credit card has been charged.

12. What is the status of my order?

If you ordered by credit card, standard delivery may take 7 business days from the time your order was placed. If you have not received your shipment after 7 business days, please contact our Customer Service Team or call Toll Free 1-877-243-8241 so they can determine the status of your order and ensure that it is quickly on its' way to your door.

If you ordered by COD, a driver was scheduled to deliver your Johnny's 2 for 1 Coupon Book either in the morning, afternoon or evening on the date you requested. If he/she did not arrive there are several possible reasons:

Our delivery drivers call all customers to ensure you are home prior to making the delivery. If he/she can not reach you by phone he/ she will assume you are not home and try again the following day and every day there after until they can confirm you will be available to accept delivery.

In the winter months, if road conditions are poor, our delivery team may be running a little behind schedule. If this is the case, and they missed you on the scheduled delivery date, they will call you to reschedule a convenient time for you.

Johnny's Coupons does not accept coupon book returns and all sales are final. However, we do offer a prompt exchange in the event of a manufacturer's defect within 10 days of receiving your order. To exchange your Johnny's 2 for 1 Coupon Book it MUST BE completely in tact, without any coupons being removed. To exchange Johnny's 2 for 1 Coupon Book please mail it back to us and include your name, address, telephone number, email address and indicate the issue with your book(s). Once we verify the manufacturer's defect we will ship you a replacement book within 10 business days. If it is determined that your book is not defective, and/or if coupons have been removed, you will be required to pay shipping and handling to have your original book sent back to you.
